21/07/26 Update I found out yesterday, my online banking service has been returned and I was able to shop on Amazon. I wonder if this is as a result of exposing it, which will obviously make some members of the public change their spending habits. Cash is best and it should never be replaced with only a Central Bank Digital Currency; designed by those who can never be trusted again. It is another power grab to abuse & exploit the public; and the reason they are closing down shops/small to medium businesses & banks; forcing us to do everything online, which will only be available to those who fully comply with the despots.
12/07/26 My statement dated 06/07/26 down below – did not age well; after deciding to take a break. Some recent personal abuses of position; that have occurred between myself and the bank/ Amazon again – and I wanted to warn others. This has happened to many others, without any explanation.
I have been blocked by RBS again – preventing me from purchasing online, which is financial abuse & disability discrimination from a service provider. I went to the bank and the Senior Personal Banker (SPB) refused to unblock my account, gave me the “ it was done to protect me” excuse. How is that even rational, they blocked my online account to prevent me from being scammed, and would not allow me to use it online any more, although I can still get cash from machines… but for how long? I do not have a mobile and they have been told this many times; over several years so I could not use an app. ( I had to transfer money recently to my sons bank to so he could pay Amazon – on my behalf!!). They intend locking us all out permanently and it is why they are also ensuring there is no customer service anywhere for us poorer people – whilst the self-serving wealthy – do whatever they like.
I asked the SPB Q. What legitimate reason does RBS have to block me from my account? He replied I cannot answer that. I said so you need to unblock me and he said “I have no authority to do that”. I asked whose authority ordered it. After going around in circles, he finally said it was the CEO and gave me the name of Paul Thwaite – Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director; and I was advised to write to him. I have already dealt with these executives [and other executives recently] and they gave me the run around ignoring the facts and just deflected to avoid taking any responsibility. They all do this and it is the reason they cannot wait to close all the banks and completely remove customer services – so they get their ‘grubby little paws’ on all our money – to control our lives on behalf of the rest of the *Serious Organised Crime Network: because “Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.” – quote by Henry Kissinger; a now deceased; ex-member of the World Economic Forum – [with the help of our psychopathic fake leaders who use legislation as a weapon]. He wanted to reduce populations by pushing us into poverty to starve us to death:

If another person who is:
– employed by a service provider, or
– carrying out a service provider’s instructions (who the law calls the service provider’s agent)
– does something that is unlawful discrimination, harassment or victimisation, the service provider can be held legally responsible for what they have done
– What happens if a service provider tries to stop equality law applying to a situation?
A person must not help someone else carry out an act which the person helping knows is unlawful under equality law.
…It is a criminal offence, punishable by a fine, to make a false statement which another person relies on to help to carry out an unlawful act.

Equality law recognises that bringing about equality for disabled people may mean changing the way in which services are delivered, providing extra equipment and/or the removal of physical barriers.
This is the ‘duty to make reasonable adjustments’. A duty is something someone must do, in this case because the law says they must.
The duty to make reasonable adjustments aims to make sure that if you are a disabled person, you can use an organisation’s services as close as it is reasonably possible to get to the standard usually offered to non-disabled people.
If an organisation providing goods, facilities or services to the public or a section of the public, or carrying out public functions, or running an association finds there are barriers to disabled people in the way it does things, then it must consider making adjustments (in other words, changes). If those adjustments are reasonable for that organisation to make, then it must make them.
The duty is ‘anticipatory’. If you are a disabled person and can show that there were barriers an organisation should have identified and reasonable adjustments it could have made, you can bring a claim against it in court. If you win your case, the organisation may be told to pay compensation and make the reasonable adjustments.

After today I will not be updating my website with additional examples of how our traitorous government are systematically destroying our right to life, with malicious intent to cause us harm.
