28/05/25 I apologise for not uploading the rest of this section in order, (yesterday 27/05/25) but I have an eye infection at the moment which is limiting my vision. Hopefully, I have corrected the earlier information.
Latest: Watch out for this SCAM: First, the crooks in authority positions giveth money and then later they taketh it away!There has been an astonishing turn of events, which I honestly believe is the council attempting to gaslight me, as they will not take me to court to defend themselves from my website accusations, even though I invited the govt; [ CHAPTER 11. Court Hearing Against Nicola Sturgeon/SNP/Government and enablers.]. They resort to dirty tactics.
On 27/05/25, I received a new calculation for 2014 to 2015👀 over 10yearsago👀 – this time for housing benefit for a period, whilst my son and myself were tenants of the corrupt: Caledonia Housing Association. This time, they claim they want to give me money.👀👀in my bank. Here is how the scam works. The ‘pretendy professionals’ in authorities, claim you are entitled to X amount. Then YEARS LATER, when you do not have the money to return it, & when you have no idea what they are talking about & they hope you have no records – (& usually, when you can least afford it), they demand it back. I learnt to keep records many decades ago.
I will leave any money about this; they deposit in the bank. I will not spend it – because I do not believe it would take the ‘money grabbers’ a decade, to work out a benefits notice and without any information to explain/support.
It is a common practice with councils & co, in order to push you into debt (to control you) & make it easier to illegally kick you out of your home. They have done this with carers and others. Then their ‘buddies’ in the deeply corrupted justice system, protect the perpetrators of abuse. Q. Why do they hate me so much to try to harass & manipulate me? A. 1…because I am not willing to allow my family, myself & others be good little victims so they can abuse us some more. 2. They hate my website which was built to help the innocent public ‘wise up’ – to protect them.
Another example: My son about a year ago, had a substantial amount of money stolen by the same council, assisted by the bank – without informing him of any details; of how he was allegedly to owe them – for a period TWO YEARS previously, at an earlier address. They went to his employer and removed it directly from his wages. When asked why they did not contact him – they replied they did not know his current address – but managed to find his employment/ bank details❗ Courts rubber stamp these common scams -without querying them. They must make £multi-millions (maybe £billions) this way! It speaks volumes.
(1)If any person unlawfully deprives the residential occupier of any premises of his occupation of the premises or any part thereof or attempts to do so he shall be guilty of an offence unless he proves that he believed, and had reasonable cause to believe, that the residential occupier had ceased to reside in the premises.
(2)If any person with intent to cause the residential occupier of any premises—
(a)to give up the occupation of the premises or any part thereof; or

I strongly object to financing the misappropriation of public money, by deeply corrupt authorities & enablers, who demonstrate a clear reckless disregard to the consequences of your actions, resulting in actual harm/ & leading to premature death: Social Murder.

[The reason I pay so little, is because my only income is comprised of basic state pension and disability payments.) I would recommend everyone inform councils they are withholding disproportionate amounts of council tax, fines etc for same reasons, until they take us all to an ‘uncorrupted’ court.

After they took a second increased payment 01/05/25, I cancelled my direct debit and sent a cheque for 10 monthly payments @ £23 for the rest of the 2025/2026 period. Image below is proof of posting the cheque- to be signed by recipients.
(Could not visit a post office until 08/05/2025) Before they received it, they thought they would ignore my letter and sent me another bill – with an even higher payment.
I checked my bank statement around 23rd May 2025, and they had not cashed it yet.

I am not paying anymore until an ‘uncorrupted’ court provides me with indisputable evidence – that it is not just racketeering for self gain; by ‘those who wield the big stick’.
Example: We pay more for Council Tax, receive less/ & inadequate services, whilst the ever increasing demand for money from the public, is diverted to boost the incomes of councillors, MPs and their [equally corrupt] company/or NGO ‘friends of govt’. They collectively work against the public interest; whilst pretending to be working for our benefit.

They love their word games, it’s for ‘show purposes’ – because, when the local community protested againstthe waste of money for something they did not want, [which only benefits the decision makers, the contractors, & Sustrans pseudo charity, etc.] The council told them; ‘it does not matter what you say, we are doing it anyway!’
