JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE (Scotland)
The independence of the judiciary is a cornerstone of a democratic society and a safeguard for people’s freedom and rights under law.
The key elements of judicial independence are impartiality, integrity and freedom from interference.
Legislation places a duty on all government ministers; law officers; and members of the parliaments to uphold judicial independence, barring them from trying to exert influence over judicial decisions.

JUDICIAL ETHICS

Impartiality

REGULATION OF THE LEGAL PROFESSIONS
Regulatory responsibility must lie with the Court and the Lord President in order to ensure the independence of the legal professions and the judiciary. The courts often decide disputes between citizens and the State and lawyers advise clients in those disputes. This means the courts and lawyers must always be entirely independent of the State in order to protect the rights of citizens and the rule of law. This is a fundamental part of democracy. Sounds lovely doesn’t it? But we have heard it all MANY times before. Under the guise of claiming to protect the children – they want more access and control of all the children for themselves and the rest of the ‘Epstein class of predators’. It is just more lies…and liars have no credibility! It is about time other concerned citizens called them out for all the harm they have already done.

Reasons you know they are only interested in the exploitation of the kids and their parents:
Over decades, successive councils and governments have watched over avoidable social problems and allowed them to increase – pushing families and children further into despair & destitution. Rather than directly helping them with practical support & solutions; they just gathered data & kept records (often falsifying them – along the way). When families reached crisis point & could no longer look after their children and were desperate for assistance, the so-called caring authorities stepped up – TO REMOVE the kids – which often traumatised them. It left them wide open to even more risk of harm, whilst under the absolute care of councils and social services. You know this is true. Social issues increased; stressed out families spiralled down and many sought comfort in alcohol/drugs to help them get though their days creating even more problems.
What happens to children with mental health problems now, they are drugged up and locked up many miles away from families – destroying their mental health even further.
Instead of increasing the opportunity for work, or providing an actual, useful education – self-serving authorities destroyed jobs, businesses, & deliberately increased the cost of living for the public- to provoke more chaos & mayhem elsewhere. Meanwhile state-sponsored profiteering grew exponentially – for the decision makers & other greedy cruel, individuals in companies/organisations who aligned themselves with our corrupt, fake leaders.
Education/training and propaganda are just tools; for the current dictators to brainwash the public into being subservient. Govts misappropriated massive amounts of money for their own agendas; e.g. to employ uncaring so-called professionals – who were encouraged to ignore the social issues and bully and threaten those who sought assistance or who refused to comply. Sex trafficking, drug dealing crimes and other crimes across the UK have grown – because the govts knew that vulnerable people cannot defend themselves/each other/ communities/ or country. Everything was planned – to make the public completely dependant on the state.
