Oh, no they wont; because criminals have no authority<\/em><\/strong> and therefore their actions <\/em><\/strong> invalidated their right to preach legislation to the rest of us! This is what happens when you allow those in positions of trust to avoid accountability. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n When the justice system fails we have to protect ourselves,<\/strong> so why are we just standing by and allowing these authority crooks and the rest of the crime syndicate, to stay in their jobs<\/strong>\u2753They are making our lives more perilous by the week. They send alerts\/images to mobile phones and can also record conversations. Useful evidence to show a solicitor and if a court hearing is needed. You can also use mobiles to record covertly. You must protect\/defend yourself in any way left open to you<\/strong>, as the so-called regulators\/authorities are failing to protect the public, by refusing to do the jobs they are paid to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Q<\/strong>. When is the law, not the law,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A. When those who break laws, have free access to lawyers, protection from regulators and government, all paid for by the public, but their victims are denied access to legal protection.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Simple Procedure\/Legal Aid rules\u00a0disadvantage the public\u00a0because it\u00a0only allows a lawyer for advice. This discriminates against disabled people and others. The police, like the charities\/regulators will not go against the govt. You\u00a0usually\u00a0have to pay for representation in the court room unless you win.\u00a0Still speak to one and show the article down below \u2b07<\/strong> by Anne McCrea, to demonstrate what they are up against.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You could argue the point\u00a0that due to the high risk of corruption, by CHA or anyone connected to them, (especially the so-called\u00a0upholders of the law I have exposed),\u00a0it may automatically qualify you for a lawyer,\u00a0as it is your absolute legal right to a fair and impartial hearing by a fair and impartial sheriff.\u00a0<\/strong>How can \u2018they\u2019 possibly speak about\u00a0equality<\/em>, when those who are allowed\/encouraged to break laws & have lawyers; but their victims are not allowed to defend themselves.\u00a0That is criminal, and goes against The Universal Declaration of Human Rights<\/a><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Article 6 Everyone <\/strong>has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Article 7 All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Article 8 Everyone <\/strong>has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anyone with a strong case should make sure they are represented by an honourable lawyer. <\/strong>(Your attempts to get legal advice may also be blocked by the above authorities and CHA).\u00a0A Sheriff who shows even a hint of being biased, should be asked to recuse themselves\u00a0because their decisions will not be sound.\u00a0 But be aware, govts deliberately appoint judges who are ‘friends of govt and corrupt companies’. Courts have been known to use this as a delaying tactic to help perpetrators avoid accountability. Something may later emerge to say there is a conflict of interest and so they will also use it as another delaying tactic to avoid the hearing going ahead. Having knowledge at hand – of laws to quote verse and chapter, is also crucial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n CHA\u2019s defence is weakened further now I have publicly exposed them with evidence. They are terrified of being taken to court (along with all those others who have assisted them)! <\/p>\n\n\n\n Remember; Corrupt liars and manipulative frauds; who have no respect for legislation or for people, have no credibility in a court room or anywhere else!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Be aware; any information you share\u00a0with them and their\u00a0solicitors prior to the hearing, gives them a golden opportunity to make up stories after the fact<\/strong>.
