11/12/25 Public office-holders claim they are the authority – but it is the manner in which they conduct their duties which determines their professionalism and legitimacy. We only have the worst of the worst. They also keep altering the facts to suit themselves, especially when caught out, which is why the public should keep records in case it is needed for evidence later. Changes to improve transparency.
The Scottish Ministerial Code has been updated to further strengthen transparency and propriety.
Updates to the Code include:
- New text reflecting the updates to the procedure for handling complaints by civil servants about the behaviour of a Minister or former Minister, making clear that for future complaints certain information about concluded cases will be made public, including the Minister’s name, the nature of the complaint and the outcome of the complaint, even after a Minister has left office, and setting out the obligation on Ministers to cooperate with the procedure.
- The introduction of an annual review of Ministers’ private interests, and proactive publication of these interests on an annual basis, to enhance integrity and transparency around actual or perceived conflicts of interest. In addition, new text has been introduced to provide additional clarity for Ministers on managing overlaps between their Ministerial responsibilities and constituency interests.
- General updates on provisions for maternity leave and to reflect the introduction of the Bute House Agreement, as well as minor amends to take account of digital developments, new published strategies and changes in Ministerial titles and responsibilities.

31/10/25 The ICO falsely claims to protect the subject data as I have already proven, they mainly protect those who abuse it. When I was at school, around 1960-1970 – I never saw any indication of neurological problems in children, yet today, the numbers have grown so much that everyone will know at least a couple of children/adults who come under the umbrella term of neurodivergent. This includes Autism. The common denominator for the cause of these conditions include many environmental factors eg, exposure to toxic substances e,g: the massive increase in over prescribing potentially harmful medications/vaccines, & excessive use of pesticides and other chemicals introduced into the atmosphere, our diets and drinking water.

Other factors connected to neurodivergent disorders is how families over decades have deliberately been pushed into poverty and therefore have to work long hours to pay their basic bills. Most families when I grew up, only had one person mainly the father, going to work, so the other parent stayed at home and cooked the meals using fresh produce [not processed and more expensive ready made meals]. “Stage 1: Demoralization

Stage 4: Normalization

Extortion by Wikipedia is a DEMAND with menaces: e.g., council tax/other taxes stolen from the poorest – to keep the authority racketeers and their enablers/enforcers in lucrative jobs. Then victimising the victims – by evicting them from their homes, because they have run out of money.

Importance of the Rule of Law by Ministry of Injustice Law and Justice

Many current politicians, CEO’s and other authority figures, have personality traits/disorders which are incompatible with the positions of trust they hold, resulting in dire consequences for the majority of the public.

Fact: Malignant narcissists along with other toxic personality types, have a twisted perspective – on what constitutes acceptable behaviour and that is the reason they should never be trusted.

They, have NO credibility left – so laugh at them, and turn on them by refusing to acknowledge their authority. Demand accountability for all those who have already suffered by their policies and laws, which is most of YOU. Make your voices heard; not by acts of violence which are dangerous & play into their hands, but by peacefully, surrounding them to make them flee and lock them out of their offices. We can then replace them with trusted members of the community- not control freaks, and urgently put measures in place to use public finances, creating new employment to rebuild society from the bottom up. Never again allow so few to have great power, but collectively; we [the public] make decisions to the benefit of all of us.
